OUTLOOK CALENDER timing is off when sync'd

Everytime I make an appointment on Micro. Outlook and then sync it to my e740, my PDA makes the appointment 2 hours earlier then what i scheduled it for on my desktop calender. Anyone know what??

I don't know if this might help or not...but have you check your timezone settings on both devices? Just a suggestion. :)
