I would like to use a calling card to access my ISP when traveling. My problem is connecting. The calling card requires dialing a number; answering a question; inputting ID number; answering another question; then dialing the number I am trying to reach. I have tried switching the telephone line cable to the modem before dialing the number. I have tried a two cable telephone jack using one for the telephone and the other for the modem. Neither of these have worked due to the delay in generating the code form the PDA not being in synch with the wait delay (for receipt of the number) at the other end.
Any ideas as to how I can make this work? Obviously I am tying to reduce the outrageous charges billed by hotels/motels for dialing long distance through the house telephone.
