Can you give us a bit more information please? What OS on your PC, what version of PsiWin, and a bit more detail on the problem.
Thanks

I am using windows 98 with Psiwin version 2.3.
The program was working fine when I first installed it. After a few weeks I got a 'connect problem' message and ever since have not been able to connect the two machines together.
As I mentioned I have tried reinstalling the software several times, but I still get the same message. I have also tried changing the com port and settings but nothing has worked.
Any help would be much appriciated.
Thanks,
Steve.

I hate to state the obvious, but in the System screen, at the menu item "Tools" -> "Remote Link", do you have the link set to "Cable"?
Also, perhaps a soft reset of the unit may help.

I had regular problems of this kind when I was on Win98 - upgrading to Win2000 solved them!
Now I'll try to be more helpful: ;)
Might be worth trying an app such as EndItAll, to make sure there is nothing running in the background causing a conflict. It's freeware, downloadable from:

Could also try disabling CopyAnywhere - often the cause of problems in my experience.
The latest version of PsiWin is 2.3.3 - that might be worth a try as well.

Thanks for the help but I have cured the problem with a hard reset.
