The dialer software that comes with PocketPC 2002

I've only connected to the internet with my 3955 twice thru the modem because i guess im just too slow to figure out the software to dial up. each time i try to change locations, i have to reenter all this dns data. its a nightmare. i am using dellepro for on the road.

Can anyone suggest other software to use as a dialer, thru a modem, to connect to the internet?
i use land lines, not a cell modem or cell phone.
