Syncing Outlook Exchange Server

my simple problem is, that i cant sync the contact, notes etc. which are on a MS Exchange Server.

Is there a way to use ActiveSync for syncing with Exchange or need I special Software (eg. Microsoft Mobil Information ...)

Please help
