hello. does anyone know of any software that i could get to sync my clie t415 to my mac? i need this to work!!!!

That depends upon which operating system you are running. If it's OS 8.6 - 9.2 then try Palm.com which has free desktop / sync software for the Sony. I also believe they're coming out with a version for OS X soon. Many people have suggested The Missing Sync by Mark/Space, but I haven't tried it myself.
I had no problems using the software from Palm.com, except I had to "downgrade" my version of the program when using AvantGo, by downloading the Palm Desktop version 2.6.3 instead of the new one.
