Tungsten Cases are KILLING my battery!

This is so annoying..

First I had the PDA Cover by www.thepocketsolution.com

now I have the Covertec case. They both suffer from the safe fatal flaw... when I put the T|T in my pocket, the outer keys get mashed down and turn the Palm on. I can't tell you how many times I've fully charged it, put it in my pocket for an hour and then the battery is half full because it's been turned on over and over again.

I've seen the programs that make you "double-click" to turn the device on but I don't like that.

Is my only choice to use the T|T hard case??

Hi there,

I just got the EB Slipper Case for the TT. What a great case! Custom made for the TT, all buttons are available with the case on, yet none can be pressed by the case. In addition, I can open the TT with the case still on, and I can also set it in the charger to charge or hotsync, again, with the case still on.

The front cover also has two slots for credit cards, ID, or business cards as well as two slots to hold SD cards. I got it with the swivel so I can clip it on my belt. It features a quick disconnect so I can snap it off and throw in the charger or onto the ultra-thin palm keyboard during a mtg (all without having to remove the case).

Bottom line, great case, great protection for the TT, and looks really nice/elegant.
