convert palm images

I have some image files on my palm m130 in the format of a pdb file. Is there any graphic software that can convert these images back to their original jpeg\gif format.

are you sure they are images? I think a PDB file is a text/data format.

Images converted for use with add-on image viewers usually end up as .pdb files.

Yes these images were converted from their original jpeg\gif format to be viewed on my palm M130, I want to know if there is any software out there I can convert them back to their original format.
