Netbook Cards Shipping from Expansys

I received an email from expansys today. My Netbook operating system card has been shipped. Guess who bought a Netbook on Ebay that turned out to be fitted with a Series 7 operating system card. Doh !

A search for Netbook on www.expansys.com , shows that this item is now in stock. Funny how Expansys received these cards from Psion just as the pucca 158 firmware was released !

Sounds like some bright spark has made quite an industry out of selling "pretend" netBooks - how many times have we heard this now??

Oh, and btw, wherever Expansys got these cards from, I don't believe it was from Psion!

Hi Ralph,

Hope the new card sorts out your netbooks personality !! Let us know how you got on. Oh and if you have a 16mb 7 series DIMM installed (in the left hand socket), you will need to remove this before installing your Netbook Personality card.
