I've done some research and learned that ActiveSync 3.5 does not support Outlook 97. This could explain why I'm having some issues, but doesn't explain everything.
I am able to update contacts, calendar items, and tasks in Outlook 97 and it will update my Pocket PC 2002 via ActiveSync 3.5. However, I cannot get my email to work. It says that there are unresolved items, but it will not resolve them.
Also, after creating a partnership, if I disconnect my iPaq, and then reconnect, it will log me on as guest. What is causing this?
Sorry if this is not descriptive, but I don't have an option here. My company won't install Outlook 98, and my iPaq will not work with ActiveSync 3.1.
Any ideas?
