Ipaq 3765 Power On Need Info

If been trying to fix an error that I started getting after removing a program no longer in use. When I power my unit on I get a Notification Error that an exe file can't be found. How do I turn this notification off? I've looked at the registry for any references to the old program and execute on power cycle on, soft reset my device & search every area of my Ipaq in File Explorer to try to find what controls things at power on.

Any help would be appreciated. I know I can restore from backup, but I want to fix this problem the hard way because now I'm curious :)

Check to see if the program is referenced in the \WINDOWS\Startup folder.
