So if your Samsung has a PIM (contacts/calendar/tasks...), it is a smartphone. I think that HPC is used for WinCE 2/3 with keyboards (like HP Jornada 720) #2 : You need Windows CE programs. Win CE run on several CPU types (SH3/4, MIPS, Strong ARM). You may need to download the setup program for Strong ARM. Mobipocket Reader includes all versions in one setup. PDA Street
