format SD

how I can format a 128 Mb SD just buyed for my IpaQ 3850?
For few hours it was OK, but suddenly the PDA don't see it or ask for format. But don't accept when I answer "Yes".

Help me!!!

I've find Flash Format, but my problems persists.

I've also re-installed EUU , and now my IpaQ sees the card, but don't write on it (is'n the the switch "Lock " on the card).
Sometimes sees the card but not writes it's, sometimes don't recognizes the card.

????????????

There is another "patch" for this problem?

Somebody can help me?

I just had a problem similar to this, where the card wouldnt write to and would be recognzied differently in different iPaq's. It turned out to be just a bad card. I exchanged it for a new one and now it works fine.
