Hotmail... Again!!!

Hi all,

I know there's been a lot of messages about Hotmail. Now, my question is... How can I get my hotmail account to SYNCHRONIZE alongside my main Inbox in Outlook? I'm already receiving my Hotmail emails in Outlook, just need these to be transfered to my Axim on every Sync.
