iSilo is a PDA program. What it allows you to do is to download multiple webpages, including a whole website, into one compact compressed sized file for the PDA. WHAT HAD HAPPENED IN MY CASE:
I bought iSilo for $17.50 last year for a Palm OS based Sony Clie. I ended up taking the Clie back, bought a Pocket PC based PDA. I thought the registration code I bought would work on the Pocket PC version of iSilo, but I was wrong. Now I am selling the code...which of course, after it is sold, I'll get rid of the registration code. I'm willing to sell it for $10. This works on iSilo with the major verson # of 3. The current version now is 3.3. You can download the trial version for the Palm OS based PDA.
