Am I wrong in thinking I should be able to connect to the internet with my Ipaq 5455?

I can connect to the net with my laptop with a Wireless PC card Why not with a wlan in the ipaq. It gets an IP address with no problem and the signal is strong to the lynksis but when I try to go to the net it says no connection. Any Help? thanks a million

In order to connect to the internet you have to use the Connections tab, then click on Connections, then tap on Work settings. Only from there, you will be able to connect using your built in Wi-fi module.
