Help Nino screen problem Please READ!

Hello all

I have a Nino 500 and the screen doesn't work. When i turn it on, it goes to the calibration screen and thats it. I can tap the screen and get the Nino to make the click noise once. Then after that the screen is totally unresponisive. I have managed to get it to work after leaving it plugged in to the mains. After a while the whole thing gets warm and suddenly starts working. Anyone have any idea's. Could it be the rom or the digitizer? I have a Nino 300 which if necessery i will butcher to fix the 500.

I noticed a lot of people are viewing my thread, but so far not replies. Well perhaps someone will have better luck with this question.

Are the Nino 300 and 500 digitizers (touch screens) the same. Can they be swapped around?

I don't have any idea if they are compatible. Looking at your description of the problem, though, I have one question/suggestion. Have you tried different batteries since it works after being plugged in for a while?
