Backup

Greetings;

I have been reading some postings here and on other sites and have noticed that there is a lack of people backing up thier units. I feel that is is very important to perform a backup at least once a month, once a week is best. If you have a problem with a program or you delete something needed you can restore your unit back to what it was the last time you backed it up. I back my iPAQ up once a week and have been greatful that I did many a time.
So everyone back up your units!!!!!

If anyone has questions as to how or others please post them so we can all learn.
