Looking for a solution to run a DOS Point of Sale software with printers , card swipers etc. on a iPAQ

There is a dos emulator if that might work - have never tried it, but it is supposed to work on casio be-300's.

Word of caution.
The point of sale software may work under DOS on your
Windows CE device as long as it DOS 6 or lower.
Something written recently for DOS may not.
Also, your PDA does not have a standard parallel port for a
printer and bar code scanners may not work.
Definately the bar code scanners will require a specilaized
cable to connect to your PDA.

You can get Bar code scanners for Windows CE but these do
not come with DOS drivers. Only Windows CE drivers.

At the end of the day, you are better off getting a point of sale
program for Windows CE. All the hardware accessories will be
designed to work with the PDA/software correctly and the
information will be formatted for the PDA's screen.

There are certainly many others.
