105 --> 130

i use an m105 that i just recently got used and i love it, i would really love to move up to the 130, i think that one would be one that suits my needs.

my question is this.

are the cradles and keyboards interchangeable? im looking for a good deal on just the pda itself. i have not found one yet but was wondering if i did, could i use the same devices...

Hi Sal,

As far as I know, you won't be able to use accessories that make use of the m105 serial port on an m125 or an m130. I have the same problem. I've invested so much in m105 accessories (keyboard, PalmPix, modem, and MP3 player) that I find it hard to have to give them all up just to move up to an m125 or m130 (and buy new models of the same accessories).

There's a company that makes serial port adapters (so you can use, say, Palm III accessories on an m130), called a "Bridge", but they don't make one for m10x accessories.

But, I'm still optimistic. Maybe somebody out there might see that there's a good business opportunity here...
