My laptop no longer recognizes the 1910. I tried updating Activesync to 3.6 in the event that an update to XP messed things up. But I cannot even get past the point where the laptop is looking for a USB device.

I recently installed Clear Speed but have disabled it with no effect.

The only thing I can think of is to install the Active sync on an older computer and try again.

Any thoughts? TIA

Well, if found a solution...a soft reboot cureed the connection problem. But it seemed to have deleted some of the information on the 1910. Good thing I did not go too long before finding out how to "cure" the problem.

There are still a few appointments that "refuse" to be synced.
