I am about to start a project adding voice interaction to a hyper tutor on a PDA. I am not sure how to start this and would appreciate any guidelines as to what I need, and how to go about processing voice I/O.
This system is going to be on Pocket PC. The app itself is currently in C# but may be changing to VB.
Any ideas on where to start and some example code to write to firstly gain some simple functions would be great. Plus benefits of different methods c# vb vb.net vxml etc.
