Help!!

I have just upgraded from an NR70V to a new Palm Tungsten T. I am trying to do a hard reset on my CLIE, but it is not working. I have tried doing POWER+RESET then lifting, I have tried RESET+POWER then lifting, all to no avail. Any suggestions?????

hit RESET and hold it. While holding the reset button, press and hold the power button. Release the reset button, but continue holding the power button. When the logo screen comes up, wait a few seconds and release the power button. The screen will ask if you want to erase the memory. say yes. It should take you to the digitizer screen, and then to either prefs or the launcher (not sure which one.)
