Win2K IR Hotsync Problem

OK, I was able to configure my Dell Latitude CPx laptop running Win 2K to do ONE Hotsync with my Palm III (just loaded the 3.3 OS), but now it won't work! I get an icon in the system tray that says the IRComm is within range, but then nothing happens. I've already disabled the Image Transfer tab in the Wireless Link icon in the control panel.

If I double click on the "IRComm in range" icon in the system tray it brings up a window that wants me to select a file to transfer. It almost seems like Win2k is wanting to transfer a file.

Any thoughts???

I have the same problem with my Thinkpad 600E running Win2K and a IIIxe with OS 4.1. It will work then all of a sudden stop working even though there is an icon in the system tray that says it sees the Palm...
