Connect the pocketpc to the desktop via the cradle, make sure activesync starts, open file explorer on the desktop, browse to Mobile Device (that's the pocketpc) -- Storage Card then just copy and paste your music files to it normally. Or you can get a sd card reader and plug it in the desktop and use desktop file explorer to copy the file there as well.
