WAV SOUND During hotsynch

This one is very strange. I had both SUBS & Green Light Disease. I now have a refurbished palm.

You know the desktop wav that occurs when you hotsynch starts and ends - it now no longer plays. I can not figure out anywere where this is set or how it got unset except that for a while I couldn't hotsynch while I had the problems above.

I have had to deinstall/reinstall my software several times but all else seems to be working except for the start/stop sound.

Any one have any ideas -- its nice to know audibly when the hotsynch finshes.

Go to the Prefs application and pick the General tab in the upper right. Make sure System Sound is not set to Off.

Thanks for replying -- sound on palm is ok -- this is the sound when hotsynch starts/and ends heard on desktop

So when you press one of the four app buttons, you can hear a little tick?
