ROM Download with USB

Hi!!!

I get a TIMEOUT problem trying to upload the ROM from my Palm m515 to my PC, using the USBport. I have already saved the USBport.dll library under my Windows System directory. Do you have any idea, which could be the problem? :(

Try changing the com port speed setting. I think it has to be 9600 bps for the transfer to work with USB for some reason.

I have mine set to as fast as possible, so it automatically will adjust when necessary, I have never had a problem, besides when you are using a USB connection, the system doesnt really see it as a COM port, and it is utilized differently

I think the instructions I read said it had to be set for 9600 anyway. I know it worked for me (m125).

I solved my problem with USB conection. I just installed the last version of the emulator and worked everything without anyproblem! :)

Oh yeah. It does have to be at least version 3.5, I think.
