Hi (first time post),
I believe the battery on my palm m505 is shot.
The reason is, I can't turn the unit on after I take it out of the cradle. Once I put it back in the cradle, I have to do a soft reset to start it again, and the unit works fine (as long as it's in the cradle).
My questions are:
Am I correct in assuming the battery is shot?
I've had the palm for about 1 1/2 years now.
If it is shot, what is the best way to go about replacing it.
Thanks,
Ron
