I bought Dashboard and started using it, and I noticed that it is very slow on my Toshiba e310. I cannot figure out why, and if this has something to do with how I am configuring it, or if it has something to do with particular skins for some reason.
Any thoughts?
Also, I was frustrated to learn that while it shows you emails, it doesn't let you reply to them or really use them in any way. That isn't particularly useful, now is it?
It seemed like a good program at first, but then as time went by it seemed just to be dragging down the system. Switching from one skin to another didn't always go well either, with parts of one skin stilll sitting there while parts of the new one took over. This happened particularly with one Harry Potter skin.
By the way, I love vBulletin - and if you have visited a lot of the other PPC sites, they all use it. You folks will love how easy it is to use in the end. But I sympathize with how hard it is to change.
