Default agenda item sound

When synchronising agenda items from Microsoft Outlook, there seems to be no way to change the default reminder sound from CHIMES. This causes problems as it is too loud for my environment and it can't be found to edit it. Does anyone know how to change the default?

Could try the sound settings in Control Panel. Not sure if this will work though.

I noticed the same thing last year and I could not find anything, even in the Windows registry. (It seems to be happening in the application that synchronizes with Outlook). I decided to live with it myself, but I may start hunting around again.
