The LinuxDA OS for the Palm has some promise but offers little to the person who wants to run applications such as DateBK 5, HanDBase or WordSmith. If you are interested in the novelty it is there for the Demo download. If your Palm is a tool and you want more then a simple address book and calendar you need to stick to the Palm OS.

I agree. running anything other than the PalmOS will decrease your available software base down to a handfull of programs. now if it could run your average elf binary and had a port of Xwindows...that would be so nice :)
