How to provide burst of Infra Red beams without establishing a connection?

I wish to beam IR to a reciever that is not able to reply to connection request..eg. ExgPut().

I juz need to send out binary or UInt16 values by IR.

look for an app called onmi remote. it can be set up to beam ir signals that it learns from other ir sources.
