could some clue me in..........does access not ship with ipaq 3955?

i followed the instructions as given on this page (http://www.devbuzz.com/content/zinc_transferring_database_pg1.asp)

but i still cannot view my DB.........I suppose it's something i will need to buy so could ya'll please point to a purchase point
