I recently sent the following message to Handera:
I notice there have been no OS or app updates in many months,
going on a year now since A29. Is there an intention at your company to cease supporting the 330? I thought PalmOS was at 4.1, so why are we stuck at 3.5.3 (and still with bugs, as evidenced by my recent bug submittals)? Your loyal customers would surely appreciate an occasional e-newsletter keeping us informed.
This was their reply:
Terry: thank you for the great feedback. Hand Era, Inc. is an engineering
services firm that currently offers two PDA's. They are well known in the
hand held industry and perform many custom designs for other hand held
computer makers such as Alpha Smart:

The development staff have not provided us with any information that would
allow an estimate of a release date. When there is a new release available,
there will be an announcement on the web site.
