Background picture size for a 3950

Greetings,

I am the happy new owner of an iPaq 3950 and I would like to use a .jpg for my iPaq background. I thought any picture would do but just throwing it in and selecting that file only shows a small corner of the picture.

Can someone tell me what size the photo should be re-sized to?
