i'm REALLY new to Pocket PC, so please forgive me if my questions seem retarded...

i just got the 3835 and have been trying to get videos on to it. The videos are generally around 10mb, and the audio plays fine but the video is jerky like no other. I'm sure it's something with the fps, but how do i compress it or change it? What's the fps the ipaq can handle?

i'd really appreciate it if anyone can give me some help or at least point me in the right direction...

i got aim, icq, and msn...or email/pm is also fine...

THANKS!

Few things... I tried PocketTV, but it expired on me... does the free version work just as well? I also see that Pocket Divx player is also popular, how does that rate?

I have a PCMCIA 5 gig hard drive from Kingston, only $199 at Mobileplanet, and it works great. I have hours and hours of mp3's, and enough music videos to keep me entertained for a while. no problems here, except the loading time for Windows Media player is so long when it's loading up a few hundred mp3's...

it's also great that i can pop it into my laptop to transfer files, or pop it into a friend's laptop and get files from them without having to install any drivers... true plug and play... i say go 4 it!
