I'm a newbie that has had a nice brand new (well, refurbished) Casio E-105 for a couple of months now and I can't seem to find much of anything that I can load on my Casio. I mean, I can find stuff, but I don't know what I can use. It seems that 9 out of 10 programs agree, my system isn't what it wants to work on. How in the heck am I gonna show off my superior nerdiness if it just plays SOLITARE?

I see several different file formats that are available, and a lot of really cool stuff that I'd love to have on my PDA. So, my main question is: What type of files, upgrades, games and applications can I put on my Casio?

Specs:
Cassiopeia E-105
Windows CE (to which I a seem totally clueless about!)
128 Mb extended RAM on a Flash Card
35 year old caveman trying to figure out tiny flat rock that makes noises and pretty pictures.

So, please, have mercy on a Newbie that would be tickled to death if he could just learn how to change the frickin wallpaper!!! Thanks for your time.

There are several types of processors used - find out which yours has and be sure the software will work on that processor.

ARM
SH3
Mips are the three as I recall. I have three hand units and two different processors.

Have you looked at Handango.com? They have a lot of stuff available.

Type your model number in followed by forum into a search engine and you might snag a board with some more knowledgeable.

You are limited to software that runs on the MIPS R4000 cpu...

OK, so that means that I can only use software that says it's MIPS then, right? Cool, and thanks.... I'll try it out this morning. I appreciate the info!
