exporting calendars/contacts

My HandEra is synchronized at home. But my calendar and contats (Outlook not Outlook Express) are on my computer at work. I no longer attempt to sync in both places because that screws up various programs (Pocket Quicken, for example).

The export feature on Outlook doesn't work very well, requires multiple disks and is generally a pain. Does someone have an idea how I could transfer the calendar and contact information from work to home such that it could be picked up by my HandEra? Or am I making this more difficult than it should be?

If you are having conflicts on the work computer is this because it have no Pocket Quiken conduit? Or is it because there is a conduit present?
I believe that if no conduit is present on the work PC it should not cause Pocket Quicken to open. If this is one of the main issues why not contact tech support at LandWare. They are most helpful.

You should be able to sync your calendar/contacts and Todos on both setting all other conduits to Do Nothing as default on the work PC.
