Hello,
I have an iPaq 3870 and I have installed CE-Star (allows you to read/write chinese Character Set).
Problem: Whenever I start IE the default language (Tools/Options/Advanced/Language/Default Character Set) is set to:Chinese Simlified (GB2312).
If I want to browse the internet with IE, I have to change the default language back to Western Alphabet in order to read a website.
Question 1: Why does IE change the default language back to Simplified Chinese whenever it is closed and reopened?
Question 2: How can I change the default language to western Alphabet and KEEP it after I close and reopen IE?
