I have an M100, about 1.5 years old. Something happened (I think the batteries died) and I was required to do a reset. Now, all the thing will do is take me over and over through the part of the initial setup where you must tap the target on the screen with the stylus. I've tried everything -- soft reset, hard reset, leave the batteries out for a week! Is this hopeless?
