I've just got to make a post to give props to Answerdude... you're the man when it comes to ipaq's! If you don't mind sharing with the rest of us, how do you know so much???

Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad I can help out a little, I know how frustarting it can be when things do not work the way you want them to.
To answer your question, I think the main thing is that I've been involved in pocketpc area longer than many people. Part of my real job is to know about it, we've been using windows CE devices before the 1st model of ipaq came out. Just like everything else, to know something really well takes study and practice. Reading through several pocketpc forums is a great way to learn, and spending time working and experimenting on the devices is also necessary. Just be patient, remember it's just a machine.

I would like to agree with Phunkjunky. It is nice to know that you're here to help and there is a forum to look through. Before I joined the forum I went into a shop to ask for assistance but they didn't know much about PDAs - just about selling them. I'm still trying to get mine to work as I would like it to but I'm grateful for the assistance that I've received.
