Serial port Locked

I'm using W2k and PsiWin 2.3.3. Ok.

I conect to my PSION with my serial port.

I transfer data perfect.

I swich off PsiWin.

BUT ----> When I try to conect other devices to my Serial port (MODEM,....) the serial port is locked. I must restart my computer to use the serial port.

What can I DO?.

I try EndItAll (ver 2.0) but it don't works.
