Hi guys..
You all seem like gurus on Palm, so I thought I'd pop a little question for you :)

Yesterday I imported a database entry for the datebook, containing every holiday in 2003 (in Sweden that is :) )
It all looks fine in Palm Desktop software, but when I want to hotsync it to my Palm (m130) it won't transfer.. Everything else works fine, like installing programs or hotsync:ing the adressbook. I tried entering an event manually on both my Palm and on Palm Desktop but it won't sync.
I tried both soft reset and hard reset with no luck, so now I'm very confused and have no idea whatsoever what to do...

Hope you guys can help me..
Thanks in advance

First check to see if the simple solution will work. Have you checked to be certain that the conduit for syncing the Datebook entries is activated? In the Palm Desktop, check under HotSync -- Custom to see if Datebook is set to sync the files. (Although why that would have been turned off is another story!)

The problem is that the Datebook entry doesn't even exit in that dialog...

Here's the list of what's in the dialog box (Hotsync - Custom)
Adress Book - Synchronize The Files
ToDo Llist - Synchronize The Files
Memo Pad - Synchronize The Files
Expense - Synchronize The Files
Notepad - Synchronize The Files
FXPilot - Synchronize The Files (currency converter from www.oanda.com)
Documents To Go - Synchronize The Files
Install - Enabled
Install to card - Enabled
System - Handheld overwrites Desktop

any tips on getting it back ? :)

Because of this, the Date Book is not updating during a HotSync. If you reinstall Palm Desktop, the conduit should be back and you will be fine.
