Go America and the free 850

Been looking at both the 850 and 950 RIM's. Go america has the free 850 with 1 year @59 bucks deal. Any thoughts on Go America and the 850. Saw some stuff about their customer service that wasn't great but thought I would ask. I'm new to the Blackberry thing but it sounds pretty good, any help would be appreciated. thanks,:D

I had service with GoAmerica and had to call them once to replace a broken Blackberry.

The service on the Blackberry was fine.

GoAmerica's service was absolutely terrible. Not only did they not ship a replacement but they had the gall to escalate me to a "supervisor" who gave me this heartfelt apology and told me how I was going to be overnighted a new unit.

Never heard another peep from GoAmerica.

Three weeks later I cancelled.

Would not touch this service at all as I believe they have a significant customer service deficiency.

I've used Earthlink for well over a year. I use the Internet Edition. Their service has been good with several sporadic email wide outages ( I think it was Earthlink email) that affected me but nothing I probably wouldn't have found elsewhere...
