E740 Software

I am sure that this question has been asked several times. But what are the best programs for Toshiba's E740. Most Useful, Most Entertaining, Most Enjoyable.. Specifically I am looking for a "conversion program" to convert measurements (i.e. wieghts, distances, acceleration, angles, mass. power, speed, torque, temp. I think you get the idea anyway. Also I am looking for, a great "clock" program. But any suggestions are welcome.
