Hi
I've just had to delete many duplicated contacts inserted in the R380S caused from sync. with Outlook 2K (no duplications in Outlook).
Also have probs. where calendar appointments & tasks deleted in Outlook before Sync. do not get deleted on 380, and the entries get reinserted in Outlook.
Is above because of wrong settings, or is the S/W at fault? What are the solutions.
Before deleting individual duplicated contacts, I tried to find a method of clearing all contacts in the 380 to start with a fresh Sync., but could not find a way?
