Are there Nokia 6310i phones in use in the USA? I will be there this summer and am wondering about replacing my Ukraine UMC SimSim card with an American one for 30 days. Here we prepay for use and have a small postage stamp size card within the phone. Anything like that in the States????
I use it with the Bluetooth and T/T for email and want to do that at home, too.
Thanks
Charles

I took my Nokia 6310i to USA in february while attending a meeting in New Orleans - it worked smoothly.
Take a good look at prices before using it to call home! Transatlantic telephone rates are out of this world. I used SMS instead which is cheaper and very fast.

Thank you Mochie and Jacques,
You are a real help to me.
Jacques, What telephone service did you use in the States? Was it the same as in Denmark? I am trying to understand using my service connection here in Ukraine being servicable in the US.
I used my AT&T service in Canada before when I lived in the USA.
Thanks for the help.
