Hiya,

This isnt really a PDA question but I was hoping you guys/gals might be able to help.

I recently saw something in a magazine that looked like a PDA, however it had no buttons on the front and a full color screen that covered the entire front area.

It was more of a mini PC than a PDA because it had a hard drive, CPU and USB ports on it, and it came installed with Windows XP.

When I first read about it I wasnt really that interested, but now I think about it, it sounds like something that could be really usefull for work.

The problem is that since I wasnt interested at first I ended up throwing the magazine away and now I cant remember what magazine it was in, who made it, or what it was called.

If anyone recognises it from my description I would really appreciate some more info (e.g. links, manufacturer etc.)

The closest things I have found are the saintsong mini PC's and while they are very similar, they dont have a screen on them.

Please help!

Thanks

I DO recognise it from your description, but can't remember the name of it either! I think I know someone who will, though. I'll get back to you.

there are so many companies that make them it would be hard to say what model you were looking at. just go to google.com and search for "tablet pc" and you will get links to tons of models.

Yeah, but this thing was smaller than the normal tablet pc - I know exactly the one Chekote means. Definitely more like a PDA in form factor.
