Sync between 2 computers

does anyone know if it is problematic to sync a Pocket PC between 2 difference PCs both running Outlook.

ie. use the pocket pc to basically keep the 2 PCs' Outlook data sync with each other.

and to add to question... what if one of the computers running outlook is configed to a Microsoft Exchange Server and the other isn't... can I set the non-exchange server not to sync mail?

Don't know about the exchange server bit, but I have been syncing my Axim between two computers, and the only thing I would suggest would be to set up the partnership with teh computer where you want to sync the mail first, and then set up the partnership with the other computer. Right now I have mine in the opposite order and it won't let me sync to themail on the second computer. Otherwise, there's really no problem

When syncing with two computers you will not be able to properly sync the email. You might notice that you will have more email on your unit then on your computer. I had my unit set up the same way you have laid out and had problems, I thought I had found a work around for the email problem. I had to delete both partnerships and restart on only one computer. There were still unresolved items for email that was deleted off my unit but they were still not deleted from it. Only when i performed the ROM updated did my email sync fine again, which would mean that to correct the problem I had to perform a hard restart.

My understanding is that you can actually sync between two computers except for the inbox folder in outlook. This was a great dissappointment because I usually download my e-mail from the Exchange server into my Axim before I start for my office and read the e-mails on the train. But unfortunately if I want to send any reply I have to wait untill I reach the office coz even if reply in my Axim inbox it wont be sent out untill I sync it with the home pc. If anyone knows a workaround for this please let me know.
