I will soon purchase a pocketpc after my palm M500 died recently.
I have borrowed a Tochiba e570 and a Compaq 8850 to see which one to buy.
I have a SD memory card that has all my files from the palm still on it. The Toshiba can read the card through file explorer and shows all the palm files but the IPAQ doesn't show any files.
Can anyone tell me if this is to be expected? Does the card need to be formated before the IPAQ can access it? I am thinking of purchasing the IPAQ which I have currently borrowed and am concerned that there is a fault with the expansion slot.
ANy information would be greatly appreciated as I don't have a blank SD card to test in the IPAQ.
